Introduction
The PharmaMETER analyzer measures in real time the impurities in medical air or medical oxygen.
The following impurities are analyzed by the PharmaMETER analyzer:
- CO content: 0-500 ppm
- CO₂ content: 0-10 ppm
- SO₂ content: 0-5 ppm
- NOx content: 0-10 ppm
- H₂O content: 0-100 ppm range
- Oil content: 0-0,5 mg/m³ range
