Introduction
GAZ SYSTEMES oxygen generators use PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce medical-grade oxygen with up to 96% purity.
OxyGEN generators were developed with the aim of limiting maintenance operations: all consumables have been kept to a minimum. Thus, our generators are not equipped with diaphragm valves or electrochemical oxygen sensors, which require annual replacement.
Human-Machine Interface

Main Page
The human-machine interface is very welcoming and user-friendly. The home page provides access to all the information the user needs: the relevant pressures are displayed, in particular those of the compressed air tank and the oxygen tank. This allows the proper operation of the oxygen production plant to be checked at a glance.
The application has a number of menus to manage factory and user parameters, alarms and data recording.
Data recording – Statistics
The generator is capable of recording at least two years of data, given that each parameter is recorded every second. The saved parameters are as follows:
- Pressure in column A
- Pressure in column B
- Pressure in the air tank
- Pressure in the oxygen tank
- Purity of the oxygen produced
Recording all this data makes it possible to anticipate breakdowns and to resolve technical problems quickly and safely.
All this data can be very easily retrieved by the user or by a GAZ SYSTEMES technician during a remote connection.
Remote connection
Our oxygen generators are easily accessible remotely thanks to a secure internet connection. This service is included at no extra cost with all our oxygen generators and enables us to assist our customers during commissioning or maintenance operations.
Alarm management
OxyGEN generators record all events likely to generate an alarm:
- Low pressure in the oxygen tank
- Oxygen concentration below the predefined limits
- Fault on the refrigerated dryer
- Low inlet air pressure
All these events are recorded and accessible on the controller for review.
Each of these events gives rise to visual and audible alarm signals.
Maintenance management
As the maintenance of an oxygen generator is essential to its proper long-term operation, the controllers are developed to ensure that the maintenance steps are carried out in due time by the generator operator.
A precise operating-hours counter is provided, distinguishing between hours powered on and hours under load.
Reminders can be set up several hundred hours before the mandatory maintenance milestones.
